Twitter's ArtHouse agency hired me to create three stop motion videos for TD Canada. As TD's flagship volunteer and urban greening program, TD Tree Days provides TD employees and the broader communities they serve, the opportunity to volunteer and help build healthy, vibrant communities by caring for their local environment.
They wanted two short videos that encourage a nature break by heading outside. The longer video was created to encourage people to participate in the emoji engine #TDTreeDays + their favorite nature emoji to automatically receive a custom recommendation based on the TD Tree Days Activity Guide.
Using the TD fonts, I created dimensional paper letters in conjunction with nature items like leaves, dirt, plants, pots, and watering cans to create the video visuals.
I provided concepts, storyboards, styling, lighting, shooting, animating, tactile typography, retouching, editing, and sound mixing. Below you can see the additional videos as well as behind the scenes images of the shoots.
